When it time to rip and tare one of the best tools to have is a sawzall. When it’s time to do some demolition work I reach for my sawzall it make easy work of most common demolition work. Again you have to decide on the sustain power of an electric or the handiness of no cord of a battery operated sawzall which you have to way out on your own. One nice feature is a variable speed trigger to control the speed of the cut and to be able to change the blade without tools. There are many types of blades from wood to metal and fiberglass to concrete.
